Engaging in the community is really important and knowing what is happening “on the ground” is a priority in order to have the right programming available.

Stephanie W

Stephanie is a Certified Yoga Instructor and runs classes of all levels for our members. Yoga is known to have many health benefits. In addition to our physical health, it helps with focusing our attention; as well as observing thoughts and feelings without judgement.

Karena helps to remind our members that even a simple cup of tea can be exactly what is needed in stressful times as long as it is done with intention. Her offerings can help decrease stress, anxiety and depression.

Amy K

Jackie H

Jaclyn is a RSSW available to do online or phone sessions with our members. Her input to our programming is very valuable. Mental health in parents and caregivers is often overlooked.
